Hi, I’m Diana

As a therapist, I’m committed to helping people find clarity, build confidence, and develop a strong sense of self. I prioritize building trust with my clients in a way that is sincere and relatable. A Little More About Me

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a mom to a spirited 6 year old who keeps me entertained (and exhausted, let’s be real). My husband and I face the same parenting struggles as everyone else and just do the best we can. Kobe, our 9 year old Shih-Tzu, is a certified therapy dog and is the best 4-legged coworker I’ve ever had. You’ll often find him joining clients in their sessions and sometimes, voicing his opinion too.

When I’m not in session, I’m doing arts and crafts with my daughter, spending time with friends and family, or occupying myself with home improvement projects. You’ll also find me volunteering in the community with Kobe, integrating wellness and health to support my autoimmune disease, or eating chips while unwinding with K-dramas, a comedy or reality dating show - don’t judge me!
